As the head brewer at a local brewery in Summerland, BC, I recently returned to British Columbia following a 12-year tenure in Toronto.

With 8 years of professional fermentation experience and a 15-year history in Canada's food and beverage community,

Giant's Head Brewery distinguishes itself through a commitment to community engagement. Our brewing philosophy revolves around catering to customer preferences, ensuring the production of the freshest and most appealing beers for the Summerland and BC markets.

I am enthusiastic about further exploration of the province's offerings and the introduction of new beer releases. Professionalism, precision, and customer satisfaction remain our focal points. Cheers!

Born and raised in British Columbia, I spent over 15 years immersed in the restaurant industry, honing my culinary skills after training as a chef at the Art Institute of Vancouver. In 2016, I relocated to the picturesque Okanagan to further refine my craft and embrace family life.

The Okanagan, with its vibrant food and beverage scene, offered the perfect backdrop for my culinary journey to unfold. Venturing into the brewing industry in 2021, we established Giants Head Brewing, overcoming a steep learning curve through extensive research. Summerland, our chosen starting point, has proven to be an ideal location with unwavering support from the community.

I take pride in the exceptional experiences my dedicated staff and I offer to enthusiasts of both fine food and beer. The camaraderie within the beer community has been invaluable; whenever I sought guidance, fellow brewers generously stepped in.

Being part of this community is truly fulfilling, and I am committed to paying it forward.

I came to Canada 5 years ago from Israel to experience new cultures and expand my culinary skills.

I have been in the hospitality industry for over 12 years, starting out in Culinary School back home I found a passion for cooking in restaurants.

I enjoy Summerland because it is a nice quiet town with beautiful scenery and wonderful people and the team at Giants Head Brewery is like a 2nd family to me.
