We wanted to give some culinary inspiration to you so you can enjoy not only our amazing beer but our signature food as well!

Razzle Dazzle Syrup

(Experience level 1/5)

 

Ingredients;

 

1 can Razzle Dazzle 

 

1/3 cup sugar

Method

 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot

  2. Bring to a light boil while whisking occasionally 

  3. Boil for 5 minutes

  4. Chill in fridge until use

     

    Notes: for a thicker, sweeter syrup increase amount of sugar or boil time. This recipe also works great with our Classic Pilsner and drizzled over hot wings!

     

    Use in Cocktails, Desserts or as a dipping sauce

GHB Famous Beer Batter

Ingredients

 

1 Can Classic Pilsner 

 

1.75 cups rice flour

 

1/4 cup Cornstarch

 

1 TSP Baking powder

 

1 TSP Salt

 

1 TSP Pepper

 

1.5 TBSP Oil

 

1.5 TBSP Vinegar

 

Method

 

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

  2. Mix with whisk until combined

  3. Add your freshly cracked Classic Pilsner

  4. Whisk until smooth; this should only take a minute or so, try not to over mix

  5. Add in Oil and Vinegar

  6. Ready!

 

Notes: Every brand of flour is different if you feel it's too runny or too thick or if you like your batter a certain way go ahead and adjust the amount of rice flour or beer.

 

Pro tip- when frying your fish keep the batter on ice to keep as cold as possible. This will help achieve a crispier batter
